A New School Year is Around the Corner

With only one week of summer vacation left, I can't stop thinking about work. As a teacher do you ever really stop thinking about your classroom?? I for one do not, even with our coveted summers off I spend a lot of my time buying, preparing for, and thinking about the new school year. This summer I have tried to limit my visits to the school. But I have a feeling I will be visiting my classroom for some long hours very soon. I don't think people realize the time, effort, and money that teachers put into their classrooms. 

It's been a long time since I have posted on my blog. I plan to be more consistent this school year. I not only plan to keep up my personal blog, but I also want to start a classroom blog for my parents. We live in a media driven society full of technology.  :)
